Mr. Johnston is happy to be back at Sunset Middle School for his third year!. Mr. Johnston spent his wayward youth as a professional actor in San Francisco, New York, and Los Angeles. After many plays, a few movies, a handful of TV shows, and no money, he returned to school to get his teaching license. Prior to teaching in Colorado, Mr. Johnston taught in North Carolina. He loves outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, skiing, and snowshoeing, all of which he enjoys with his wife and son. His family also consists of three dogs, four cats, a fish, and five chickens!
